Swiss Public Assessment Report (SwissPAR)

Suite à l’entrée en vigueur de la loi révisée sur les produits thérapeutiques, Swissmedic publie des informations d’intérêt général supplémentaires concernant les produits thérapeutiques. Conformément à l’art. 67, al. 1 LPTh et aux dispositions d’exécution de l’art. 68, al. 1, let. e OMéd, Swissmedic publie un rapport d’évaluation synthétique SwissPAR pour tous les médicaments à usage humain contenant un nouveau principe actif et les transplants standardisés dont il a approuvé ou rejeté l’autorisation. Pour les demandes d’extensions d’indications qu’il a approuvées ou rejetées pour des médicaments à usage humain qui avaient fait l’objet de la publication d’un SwissPAR dans le cadre de leur nouvelle autorisation, Swissmedic publie un rapport complémentaire. Le SwissPAR contient les résultats de l’examen de la demande de nouvelle autorisation d’un médicament à usage humain ou de la demande d’extension des indications d’un tel médicament, mais aucun secret d’affaires ou de fabrication du requérant, ni aucune donnée personnelle.

Le SwissPAR s’adresse en particulier aux personnes exerçant une profession médicale, aux représentants de l’industrie ainsi qu’à d’autres autorités nationales et internationales. Swissmedic publie le SwissPAR en anglais, dans un langage technique.

En complément du SwissPAR, Swissmedic publie un résumé du SwissPAR, le Public Summary SwissPAR. Ce document vise à rendre les décisions d’autorisation prises par Swissmedic transparentes et compréhensibles pour un large public tout en élargissant l’accès aux informations pertinentes sur les médicaments.
