Launch of Playground for the swissdamed UDI Devices module
The Playground for the UDI Devices module in swissdamed is now available. This testing environment enables all economic operators who are registered in the swissdamed production system to familiarise themselves at an early stage with the functions and requirements of the module in a realistic environment.
What does the Playground offer?
Use of the Playground is free of charge and includes the following features:
- Access to a simulated testing environment
- Test XML upload of UDI data and validation according to swissdamed business rules
- Preparation for the use of the production system
- Preview of new functions before they are released in the production system
- Opportunity to provide feedback after each release
We recommend that all affected actors take advantage of this opportunity to actively familiarise themselves with swissdamed.
Feedback welcome
Feedback on new functions can be provided within four weeks of each release. Please send your feedback directly to our support team using the contact form on our Support page.
Access for unregistered companies
We recommend that companies which are not registered in the swissdamed production system, but are interested in using the Playground, contact a company that is already registered. The registered company will be able to set up specific users who only have access to the Playground, as described in document.
