Please send any general questions that cannot be assigned to a department or specific product to the Communication Division. We answer simple telephone enquiries straight away. If your question is more involved and requires a specialised answer, we kindly ask you to send us your enquiry in writing. We can then make the necessary investigations inhouse. Preparing a reply to a written request for information is subject to a fee of CHF 200 per hour. Information is free of charge for the following persons: Patients, users, consumers and their associations Representatives of authorities, political bodies and organisations Information for media representatives.
