The Full declaration HMV4 form has been supplemented with a sub-chapter “Calculation of the amount of excipients of particular interest”. Applicants are requested in future to always include calculations showing the amounts of excipients of particular interest in this sub-chapter.
The adapted form comes into effect on 1 March 2021. The usual transitional period of 3 months will apply.
