As of 8 January 2018: product certificates (CPP) to be ordered exclusively via eGov CPP service

06.11.2017 - As already announced, from the beginning of 2018 Swissmedic will only accept product certificate orders via the new eGov CPP service.


From 1 December 2017, Swissmedic will authorise all companies for which a user agreement has been signed to use the eGov CPP service.

The definitive changeover to the eGov CPP service will take place on 8 January 2018. After that, e-mail orders will no longer be accepted.

As of 8 January 2018, only the current Swissmedic order form will be accepted.
