02.02.2015 - The guidance document Formal requirements has been modified. Applicants will no longer be required to confirm that they are Swissmedic Portal users, either on the form Application for authorisation / variation or in correspondence. Swissmedic will record the information centrally and take it into account when carrying out formal reviews.
