For the first time, Swissmedic is publishing a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on enforcement practice for the Swissmedic Fees Ordinance (FeeO-Swissmedic; SR 812.214.5).
The FAQ explain Swissmedic’s practice as regards fee charging and help affected applicants understand it.
The list currently comprises three questions and will be updated and expanded as required.
