With effect from 1 July 2026, pack sizes for veterinary medicinal products can now be approved without the submission of mock-ups, provided the packs are not due to be placed on the market immediately. The mock-ups can be submitted for approval at a later date, but at the latest before the first placing on the market.
The Guidance document Packaging texts for veterinary medicinal products has been revised accordingly and will take effect on 1 July 2026.
