Use of eGov services
Swissmedic provides internet-based eGov services for electronic legal transactions and for information and data sharing. These services extend and supplement the communication channels for individual business transactions.
This basic contract applies to eGov parties with their own account management.
Special Terms of Use eSubmission
This contract module for the eGov eSubmission service governs only those aspects that are specific to the eGov service in question, otherwise the basic contract shall apply.
