Most Swiss cantons will carry out a focus campaign (SPA Endo) in 2026, with the support of experts from Swissmedic, aimed at controlling the reprocessing of flexible endoscopes in outpatient gastroenterology facilities following the publication of the «Swiss Good Practices for the Reprocessing of Flexible, Thermolabile Endoscopes» (GPAE).
